The key objective of the study is to provide the World Bank/ Ministry of Social Affairs / NPTP Central Management Unit (CMU) at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers with verification of the eligibility of households which are currently included in the NPTP database. Eligibility is assessed through a Proxy Means Test (PMT) which was formulated in coordination with the World Bank. InfoPro was commissioned to verify the data. Methodology: 30,000 CAPI Surveys conducted nationwide.
