World Bank: Nammiskills Impact Evaluation

Implemented a pilot impact evaluation of the Nammiskills platform, designed to enhance youth employability in the digital economy. The evaluation targeted 1,000 platform users to assess personalized career guidance and fully subsidized digital training and certification. The study used a randomized controlled trial to measure effects on job search behavior, training uptake, and employment outcomes. The evaluation is part of the broader Skilling Up Lebanon (SUL) initiative under the World Bank’s Skilling Up Mashreq (SUM) program, in partnership with UNICEF and Forward MENA.

GIZ: Water Subscriber Database Update Project in Lebanon

Supported the Beirut and Mount Lebanon Water Establishment (BMLWE) to update subscriber databases and register unsubscribed users in the Jbeil District Coast area. The project was part of GIZ’s ‘Enhancing Water Resource Management’ (WAMA) initiative, to improve wastewater management frameworks by reducing costs and increasing revenue. InfoPro supported BMLWE staff in door-to-door surveys from households and establishments. NDI: Citizens Attitude Toward Socio-Economic and Political Developments

The National Democratic Institute (NDI) commissioned InfoPro to conduct a nationwide public opinion survey and a series of focus groups to capture Lebanese citizens’ perceptions, expectations, and attitudes towards the current political and economic situation. Methodology: 10 focus groups and a quantitative survey with 2,400 individuals.

The International Republican Institute (IRI) was interested in obtaining public opinion data by conducting a multi-wave survey.
