GIZ: Water Subscriber Database Update Project in Lebanon
Supported the Beirut and Mount Lebanon Water Establishment (BMLWE) to update subscriber databases and register unsubscribed users in the Jbeil District Coast area. The project was part of GIZ’s ‘Enhancing Water Resource Management’ (WAMA) initiative, to improve wastewater management frameworks by reducing costs and increasing revenue. InfoPro supported BMLWE staff in door-to-door surveys from households and establishments. It also delivered quality assurance, quality control, and backstopping functions while ensuring all collected data is comprehensive and accurate. Methodology: CAPI surveys in Jbeil.Read more
